6. Prices and Payment 

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). 

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us. 

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. 

Payments made through this Website may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store your full credit card or debit card details unless expressly stated otherwise. Your payment information will be handled in accordance with the terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider and our Privacy Policy.


7. Orders 

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. An order confirmation sent to you constitutes our acceptance of your order. 

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including where: 

  • a product is unavailable or out of stock; 

  • an error has occurred in the pricing or description of a product; 

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or 

  • we reasonably believe an order has been placed for resale or commercial distribution without our consent. 

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be provided to your original payment method within 10 business days.

While we will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at orders@madeforwellnessco.com.au and we will liaise with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy limits or removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, branding, photography, video and design, is owned by or licensed to Made for Wellness Co Pty Ltd and is protected under Australian intellectual property laws. 

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell or otherwise exploit any content from this Website without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

(a) we exclude all implied warranties, representations and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms;
(b) we do not warrant that access to this Website will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that this Website will be free from viruses or other harmful code;
(c) we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of this Website, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity;
(d) we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

(i) your failure to follow any directions for use, warnings, storage instructions or other guidance provided with a product;
(ii) your use of any product in combination with other products, medicines or supplements contrary to medical advice or product guidance;

If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties, either party may refer the matter to the relevant consumer protection authority in your state or territory, or seek resolution through the courts. 


19. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any applicable consumer protection legislation in your state or territory, any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. 


20. Promotions

20% Launch Discount Offer 

  1. Offer Description 
    Individuals who successfully join the Made for Wellness Co. pre-launch waitlist during the promotional period will receive a promotional code entitling them to 20% off their first eligible purchase made through the Made for Wellness Co. online store.  
  2. Eligibility
    This offer is available only to individuals who:  
    • provide a valid email address when joining the pre-launch waitlist; and
    • receive a promotional code directly from Made for Wellness Co.
  3. Promotional Period
    The offer is available to customers who join the pre-launch waitlist prior to the official launch date of Made for Wellness Co. The promotional period may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Made for Wellness Co, subject to applicable law.  
  4. Redemption and Expiry  
    • The promotional code is valid for one (1) transaction only. 
    • The promotional code must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. 
    • The discount applies to the product purchase price only and does not apply to shipping charges, gift cards or any other excluded products identified by Made for Wellness Co. 
    • The promotional code cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases. 
    • The promotional code expires 30 days after the official launch date of the Made for Wellness Co. online store, unless otherwise stated by Made for Wellness Co. Any unused promotional code will become invalid after the expiry date.
  5. Single Use and Non-Transferability  
    • Limit of one promotional code per customer. 
    • Promotional codes are single-use only and become invalid once redeemed. 
    • Promotional codes are not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash, store credit or any other benefit. 
  6. Combination with Other Offers 
    Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional offer, coupon, bundle offer (discounted multi-buy) or special pricing arrangement.
  7. Misuse 
    Made for Wellness Co. reserves the right to cancel, refuse or invalidate any promotional code where it reasonably suspects:  
    • fraudulent activity; 
    • misuse of the offer; 
    • creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional discounts; or 
    • any conduct that breaches these Terms and Conditions. 
  8. Product Availability 
    All purchases are subject to product availability. Receipt of a promotional code does not guarantee product availability at launch. 
  9. Changes to the Offer 
    To the extent permitted by law, Made for Wellness Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time. Any changes will be published on the Made for Wellness Co. website.  
  10. Australian Consumer Law
    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.  
  11. Privacy 
    By joining the pre-launch waitlist, individuals consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications from Made for Wellness Co. Personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Made for Wellness Co. Privacy Policy. Individuals may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.  
  12. Promoter 
    This promotion is conducted by     Made for Wellness Co. Pty Ltd (or the relevant operating entity of Made for Wellness Co.) in Australia.
